Through storytelling and creative programming, I create spaces where differences are celebrated, and personal growth is encouraged. I use my writing as a tool to inspire others to reframe their perspectives and embrace authenticity, joy, and healing. Whether it's through a sold-out one-woman show or impactful written content, my work engages audiences in meaningful conversations about mental health, wellness, and self-empowerment.

As a consultant, I leverage my extensive experience in community engagement, program development, and strategic partnerships to help organizations and individuals create inclusive, trauma-informed spaces. I specialize in diversity and inclusion initiatives, fund development, strategic partnerships and public speaking, offering professional development services to adult creatives and organizations seeking to build stronger, more equitable communities. My ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and design impactful programs has led to increased engagement and lasting partnerships in both the arts and education sectors.

My career highlights include writing, producing and starring in my sold-out-one woman show off-broadway which toured nationwide. I also featured on major platform such as the NBA G-League, SchoolWorks, and Syracuse University’s Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration. I have been featured in prominent publications including Milwaukee Neighborhood News, Bronze Magazine, Sheen Magazine, and Voyage MIA. I received my MA in Arts Administration from Syracuse University and BA in Communications from DePaul University. My work, both in writing and consulting, reflects my commitment to creating opportunities for others to thrive, live authentically, and contribute to their communities. Through my ongoing projects, I continues to inspire change, elevate Black joy, and help others manifest their fullest potential.
